An Inner Discovery Journey for Learning More about Yourself Through Watercolor
A 7-day self-guided practice using watercolor and flowers as a gentle tool for emotional release, reflection, and self discovery using your own creativity.
An Inner Discovery Journey for Emotional Release Through Watercolor
Inner Discovery Through Watercolors is a 7-day self-guided watercolor experience designed to support emotional release, reflection, and inner discovery. I created this class because I know what it feels like to move through life without fully seeing yourself. Sometimes, this can be because of blockages or subconscious patterns, but it’s important to take time to figure out the core of who we truly are destined to be. Understanding what makes us feel alive and what truly brings us joy is often overlooked. But I believe each of us deserves a life rooted in freedom and fulfillment. Life is too short to live any other way.
In my painting sessions, I invite you to slow down and allow emotions to pass through your own creativity. You are guided to notice how beauty and joy can exist alongside your emotions—and how clarity often emerges when we take time to tap in deeper.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform or produce. You get to be present. You get to be honest. You get to see what is revealed about you. You are encouraged to move one day at a time, allowing space between sessions for reflection and integration. Then, you’ll have a lifetime access to rewatch anytime you need emotional clarity.
Enrollment is $88 through April 15. After that, the offering will be $108. We begin together on April 22, 2026.

Day 1: Slowing Down and Reflection
You begin by slowing the body and breath, allowing the nervous system to settle. This day creates the container for everything that follows. I teach you how to use a slow and steady pace through breathing and creating a routine that helps you hear your intuition clearer. I take you through an exercise that helps you with clarity on what you like and dislike.

Day 3: The Body ( Health & Sensation)
This day brings awareness to the body as a messenger. You paint from sensation rather than thought, listening to what the body is telling you, and how it’s guiding you forward.

Day 4: Heartbreak ( Love & Fracture)
Every person on this earth has experienced some form of heartbreak. If you haven’t, you will. This can be some loosing a loved one, experiencing an illness, an actual breakup, a betrayal, etc. This is life, but we can find so much beauty within the lessons from these experiences using art. This helps us to not only heal, but to ask ourselves-What has this experience taught me abut myself? In the section, we’re using watercolor to soften sharp edges and restore what was lost through our emotions.

This session invites stronger movement, bolder color, and helps us release what’s been compressed or silenced throughout our lives. This is one of the most liberating sections of this course.

Day 6: Compassion (Self-forgiveness + Care)
Compassion begins when we soften toward the parts of ourselves we once tried to hide. This teaches us how to hold our own stories with patience instead of pressure or shame. In this section, we use flowers as a catalyst for self discovery. We analyze parts of a flower to use as metaphors for parts of our lives.

Day 7: Beauty (Integration + Seeing Clearly)
In this practice, you will gather the colors, emotions, and lessons from your journey and allow them to meet on the page. Through watercolor and flowers, you’ll explore how healing is not about becoming someone new, but about integrating who you have always been into something that’s deeply alive.
