Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your tea is on its way!
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At the moment, we only ship teas within the U.S. and Canada. Stay tuned—we hope to expand soon!
United States: 3-7 business days, $11 USD
Canada: 5-10 business days, $25 USD
Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
A: Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Please allow 24 hours, then check with neighbors or your local post office. If it's still missing, reach out to us at info@bykriskeys.com and we’ll help sort it out.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Due to the small-batch, perishable nature of our tea, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order—like damaged items or the wrong product—please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
A: We try to fulfill orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at info@bykriskeys.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
